I've never even consider breading then freezing them. I've only breaded and fried fresh okra. I usually cook frozen okra with tomatoes & rice. I'm trying this for sure. I'm looking to find dwarf cowhorn or dwarf longhorn okra seeds. They are supposed to grow short bushy plants and even if the pods get to 8 or 9 inches in length they won't get woody. Worth giving them a try 🤷♀️
