Bro, i love this vid. Ive seen so many tips and tricks and vids but this one is by far the best and easiest to understand for me. Thanky you and good job on all your hard work learning this stuff.
Fs 180 is quite easy for me, I naturally open my shoulders, that's why I can't really ollie while moving, but I landed my first fs 180 after a few tries
I never really comment but I had to come back to this video. I’m obviously trying to learn fs 180s but the foot positioning idea tremendously helped me with my shuv-its too🙏🏾 I landed my first shuv its by slighting turning the non scooping foot inward and was even able to consistently land switch fakie shuv-it using the same positioning
Got this trick in my bag but I watch all of your tutorials. Maybe you got an explanation that will make mine even better! I know fs shuv is coming soon!
This is by far the best fs 180 tutorial, i could land them but couldnt manage to get them clean and after watching this vid my fs 180s got wayyy better
I dont know why, but my body just dont want to do frontside trick, ive been skating for 2 years, i can treflip, inward heelflip, but i stil cant do fs 180 and fs shuvit
When I try to do this one I turn my body and Ollie but my bourd goes flying the opposite way like doing a pop shuvit instead of a front side 180 can someone help me. :)
this trick is unbelievably frustrating for me. ive had moving ollies, kickflips, varial flips etc for over 2 years now. absolutely cannot do fs 180s. it just feels so unnatural to me and no matter how many hours i put towards this trick in a week i just cant get it. i have no idea why i struggle so much.
i need helps, basically i can turn the but i can only but my front foot on the board because my skate is going too far. idk if its the turning or landing so yeah (im goofy) Edit: Nvm guys! i can do it now and smooth to
sry skate community i quit skating i skate like 3months and i cant shuvit kickflip ir hellflip i cant do tricks its just not my sport i love skating but im losing fun
I find I tend to push the board out in front and away from me. Watching this tutorial I think it’s because I’m trying to use the back foot to push the board around instead off using the front foot to scoop it back. Something for me to focus on.
For sure. I did a similar thing. It is definitely important to get used to skating with an older body. I’ve seen some dads get hurt really bad trying to show off for their kids after not skating for a long time 😢
Loved this video. I’ve gotten to the point where I can get the full rotation but I’m just not rolling away at the end. Im assuming it has to do with the fact I need to pick up a little bit of speed. So I wouldn’t say I’ve landed one yet. Once I roll away, I’ll feel accomplished. Thanks for the tips 🤘🏼
I can’t get it. Like I can’t pop while turning n my front foot doesn’t even move like idk ugh why is this so difficult. Your explanation is perfect I just can’t. Also is it easier to learn while moving
You can practice the movement without being on your skateboard if you are having trouble getting your foot to move. It might sound wacky but practicing the movement can really help sometimes.
your videos are absolutely fantastic! Very clear and precise with beautiful editing and graphs. Can you do one on no complies? That trick has eluded me for a long time and my shins are begging for someone to teach me how to get them right.
