thanks for the tips and the calm voiceover. Don't like youtuber yelling! This video went into detail without taking forever to get started. Much appreciated
I'm learning this now. I find grinding it a lot less scary than stalling. My fear is the wheels sliding out and me falling backwards, but with grinding, the travel is more sideways so the risk seems to decrease. Thanks for the vid 👊
I see what you’re saying. The decision to stop on the coping (stall) gives you a lot of time to think and psych you out. That’s why I squat low and exhale deeply when I commit to the roll in. And of course! Hope it was helpful
Just learned frontside slash grinds last night and this is next on my list. Frontside always seems so scary and I know that getting this trick is going to be a battle. Great video instructions!
I broke my foot while doing this 5 years ago. But a few months after that i went back to learn it again. It's a trick i need a few try's for before landing it. But its awesome when you got it
it's been a couple weeks, I've got it down except the re-entry. Can't seem to get past the mental block. Will try your tips today regarding the breathwork. thanks
