This is so smart because i hate closure! I don't like the way they look no matter how talented the hair stylist are. this can protect your hair from heat damage etc.! great job got a new subbie!
No seriously! How can I pay you for this great tutorial?? Do you have a donate button? I would definitely contribute. Thank you for this great tutorial 🙌🙌🙌
I've got locs and been wearing wigs but today I woke up feeling a sew in weave no closure of frontal after an hour on RU-vid of searching and finding nothing let me just say that u saved my day thanks ❤
You did a beautiful job, per usual. I just did my kinky curly sew in and the texture of my hair was fighting the install lol. Now I know what to do. Thank you so much
Wow.... I made this hair last year for my birthday cos, I don't want to leave my hair out. So, am blessed! I have never seen it anywhere. It's beautiful dear.
I know this video is old but today i made a upart wig and sewed it into my french braids going back, with the 2 remaining braids in the front i crocheted water wave human hair in and it came out fabulous! I will forever use this method. No more expensive ugly frontals and lace closures for me. I swear the crochet area looked natural like it grew from my scalp
Great tutorial! I've had this done a few years ago with some Malaysian curly, and it looked delicious, but the stylist didn't do the crochet part tight enough and some of the pieces slipped out after a few days. I'll give it another try.
I have locks and often get stylist that try to force me to buy closures. I prefer a natural "invisible" part. this is perfect since I have no leave out Lol. Thanks!
Very nice might try...a little scared. Also the reason why you had such a hard time with the crochet part is... 1. You need to halfen each section you cut off from the weft. 2. Double loop before you pull the strand through. 3. Put the hair through the braid rather than around the braid.
She is cheesing soooo hard and for good reason too!!! Love this method!!😍 I actually thought Abt doing this on my daughter's head but was not exactly sure on how to execute it! Well she did!! Thanks!!
I am a beginner with weaves and this helped soooo much ! I am looking to get my first weave and I'm so confused with so many questions! Thanks for this!!
just a little comment on your own hair, it's gorgeous!! I have long hair too and do weaves/wigs to change my look without chopping or dying my hair. this video is wonderful especially the tips you give about sewing.
So glad you made this video !! I've had this idea for a while but I never had to time to try it out ... thank you for this !! It saves the time I would've had to spend figuring it out . Looks good too 👍🏾
The knots don't slip on me. Using smaller pieces helped, but I also noticed that this hair doesn't slip as much as traditional synthetic crochet hair that I've worked with in the past has slipped. I'm not sure if it because it's not sythetice hair. But anyways, using smaller sections will lessen any slip.
I did this and ppl were coming up to me complimenting my hair!!!! Even my boss WHO HAS ALREADY SEEN MY NATURAL HAIR thought this ish was coming out of my scalp🤣🤣 10/10 recommend 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
THIS!!! I just got a sew in a few days ago and my leave out is challenging to blend. My mind thought back to this video and I am kicking myself for not remembering this method!
I found your video by accident and must say I am intrigued by your creativity. well to me it is:).no need for me to wear closures and I think they all look very fake anyway . I was so excited to try your crochet technique but it was a complete disaster you make it seem so easy! I am part Indian with natural silky hair I made like 10 attempts to try this crochet thing and it just wont work I am not sure if its because of the silkiness on my hair or what but I have damaged 1/2 pack of hair already lol I am convinced one day I will get it but this weekend was a total bus!!!! any tips if you have a more silky texture hair?
Can you give the name of where you get your hair again? you said it on the end but I couldn’t hear it. This was amazing to watch thank you for sharing it this younger generation gets it done..
Thanks! I was desperate to get rid of that leave out any way possible, lol! I had done a lot of crocheting for friends and family and I was like, why not mix crochet with sew ins?
