I’ve always said to myself why can’t I gain weight with my Crohn's disease. Most of the time I wanted to know the shortcuts on how to gain weight for Crohn's disease and how to gain weight fast. There’s so many weight gain tips for men and weight gain tips for women especially on healthy snacking for weight gain and what to eat to gain weight. So, I will give you my top tips on what worked for me on how to gain weight with IBD.

Really? Eating nuts and dairy? Most crohn's sufferers can't tolerate those type of foods.🌈

Hi Mike, when it comes to nutrition it will vary between different people as we all react differently to food and no two IBDs are the same. These are just generalised tips and what I've done personally.

@@sebyodecember I too have crohn's disease and I am able to tolerate nuts, seeds and dairy products and I know others with crohn's disease who also can. Again everyone is different and I appreciate those foods may not be 'gut friendly' for you 😊

@sebyodecember is correct. MANY of us simply cannot eat the "trigger foods" you recommend. Also, eating more is next to impossible when you are bloated and nauseous most of the time. The title of your video should be "How to Gain Weight For SOME people". I cannot count the number of videos and articles I have clicked on like this........

Good grief. Take accountability & use your own brain to weigh whether or not something is applicable to you or not -- without pitching a fit that information is given that would be helpful _to people who aren't you_. Highly caloric/nutrient dense/low volume foods as tolerated by the individual. Voila! Done.

I do not gain any weight from a probiotic but foods with prebiotic like dates, peaches, spaghetti squash and other foods.

i have had crohn's since 2012 and was lucky to have caught it when my dr's did. i have always been a lean guy my whole life with a crazy metabolism. i currently weigh 121 lbs and i'm 6 ft tall at 37 yrs old. i eat all the time and i never gain any weight, yet i stay in that 120 lbs range all the time. the last time i checked a 4000-5000 cal per day is my norm, yet still gain no weight, and my dr's cant figure out why. Just thought i would share my story.

Sir , i ate 6 times a day on installments. I dance for 1 hour per day . Still i am not gaining weight . Can i add protien powder to my diet?
