@@Parrot_flock i think I figured out like they love broccoli and I put it next I cage door then a little father and each time they come eat they go a bit farther
I don't know i think you should púť perch in front of their cage and you can place their favourite treats inside of their cage. I hope this would help you. 😊
As was in video try to put treat like millet into your hand and then put your hand slowly into the cage and wait. Even 10 or more minutes and also make sure your birds are hungry before doing it. You allways must be patient with your birds. I hope this would help you

Yes female budgies can be more afraid of Humana generaly. But the males are more brave. The best way for for you to do the taming process is to separate them trust me they would miss each others but the male would get alone so he would try to make friends with you after some time
