Symptoms: noise coming from the bottom of the refrigerator compartment, the temperature in the meat drawer rises, no air coming out of the air duct.
Tools: 1/4" nut driver, putty knife, utility knife.

Warning. My GE refrigerator looked exactly like the one in this video. So we ordered the part and carefully followed the steps to replace the fan motor. Unfortunately, once we got to the fan, it was apparent that it's not exactly the same model. Our 2015 model GE Profile does not have the same assembly. Impossible to jury rig it. So, here comes the repair guy I guess.

Excellent video, thanks for the instructions. So my GE Cafe refrigerator stop cooling in the upper cabinet when I disassembled it everything was frozen. I figured the evaporator fan went out. Since I got my whole refrigerator disassembled I feel like I should replace the damper and fan assembly since it had been encapsulated in ice for weeks. Good idea? Thanks for giving me the proper name for that part. I could not find a replacement by calling it a deli drawer fan! lol!
