Get those builds up and running and start crushing your content! Keep in mind this is data taken from my experience and from observing the player base's success in progression. Opinions and results may vary based on your hero pool!
Terrific video. I'm a higher end player who has looked at a lot of guides, and I still picked up some nuggets of usefulness. I am really enjoying your Watcher of Realms content as I look to push into end game.
My Olague at level 50 was able to tank AMR18, defenders really don't need that much stat to tank. I still don't have any defender at level 60 and I do all GR at stage 19 and void rift Hard. Now I'll probably need to get one or two to 60 for later stages but you can still do alot with just a lvl 50 defenders.
I thought this was very beneficial, I still struggle with where to be stats over sets, as I've started to move into the late game clearing all 3 stage 19s, but this goes into more than the average level of detail for a gear guide and is stated and outlined well.
Thanks a lot for the video! I have been struggling to understand what stats are needed. Coming from RSL, the importance of what stats are more impactufl is more obfuscated, and I was very unsure as to the role Def/Def% played in the entire game.
also in gr2 most dmg is %hp so hp/def doesnt matter, it is all about dmg reduction and shields so better to have high def low hp so you will be able to be healed quicker
Question! say You can auto Gear raid 2-18 But gear raid 1 and 3 is stuck at stage 15. Would it be better to run the gear raid 2 till you can push higher? or still do the lower levels of 1and 3
My marksman arent strong enough to clear 3-19, I was close on one attempt. Am I just gonna have to keep farming 3-18 for upgrades? Feels like I hit a wall. Any help appreciated!
Defense is pretty bad stat. I am saying this as a 6* Azhor owner. DEF is really good if you are able to get above the ATK value of mobs, then yes, their damage gets crippled. The problem is, you'll basically never be able to do that in the content where it matters. Yes, I can drop AR17 Salazar damage into a few hundred, but I don'' care since I need AR18. And Azhor with 10-11k DEF is useless.
I actually disagree with your statement on bangle Crit Rate. You take the example of having 5 pieces with 12% as if it was an easy baseline to achieve, but when you progress with purple and yellow gear, you pretty much never farm gear raid until you can get Mythic gear and even then you often wait to reach stage 16 if you can before farming gear hard. So what you brush off as easy mediocre rolls of 12% crit rate on 5 pieces, it's actually pretty hard to get as you progress. A Legendary piece gives 34% crit rate and the difference between a crit and not crit is a huge DPS loss especially early when the enemies' defences are not as high and you don't need to stack attack that much yet (contrary to the end game). So you don't need 100% crit rate but often when you progress the 34% crit rate is what gives you about 60%-70% total crit rate which is pretty good.
the biggest bait I've ever seen is advising players not to farm gear until mythic gear. I'm not sure who started spreading that idea but it is the worst advice by far for anyone progressing. the game is formatted to have a building block progression style. unless you're whaling hundreds of dollars there is no reason not to farm for purple gear then legendary gear and finally mythic gear once you get there. breaking the chain of power increase when gearing will result in a significantly slower progression yield vs someone who farms as they go on. To your second point, enemy defense isn't "high" in the grand spectrum but it is always "high" compared to your characters power at the time. this seems to be another point people aren't considering if there are any claims of low defense in content. It's made in a way where it's relative to an average level of gear the game has predetermined you should have while leveling up. 12% Crit rate rolls on each piece is very easy to achieve if you are following the efficient farming guidelines the game intends you to follow. if you wish to keep Crit bangles you can and you will see the difference on your own while leveling through the early game like I have!
@@MurderIncDiabloHo I did "farm" some gear to progress for sure but not to the extend to guarantee having 12% crit rate on all pieces on average. Plus buying gear from the shop is ok early. I didn't Struggle to progress with minimal farming. You can get lucky and have on champion with good enough gear but that won't be the case for your entire roster
Depends on where you are in the game but if you are maxing out, you're probably mid game at least. The easiest quick clear is to go to the Sell screen and filter Bangles, Brooches and Rings, then filter the main stat looking for flat ATK, flat DEF and flat HP. Select all and sell those. Next up, remove those flat stat filters and filter for 4 flat sub stats and sell those, then use the filters to search for items with 3 flat stats and sell those. If you have enough good gear for your heroes you can even look for 2 flat stats and sell those. For the weapons and shields, it is similar but the main stats are a fixed flat ATK and HP, so just filter the sub stats as above. In general, you might want to keep pieces that have an important main stat, if they compliment the hero, till you can get something better for them. Hope that helps a bit.
@Thurgosh_OG I'm mid to end game I think. My top 3 BP heroes are 60 to 70K BP and playing 2 accounts. I'm finally able to start cleaning stage 18 gear raids. Your tip makes alot of sense. That's the only strategy I'm using so far is selling right side primary attrib. With flat (no rate %). I like your tips of other priorities and will use it. Thanks!!! Wish they give us 2000 slots (it's never enough) slots for mid+ gamers.
