Great tutorial! Thanks for sharing. Can you explain when it would be better to use projection to a mesh vs projection using a card on the scene? I want to make a clean plate for a green screen where you can see bits of the wall and window behind the green screen and I'm not sure which version to use (the mesh projection as per your video or using a card)
Thanks for your lovely comment. Projection depends on requirements, if my projection is far in the background and there is less camera movement, you can do it on the card. If your projection is close to the camera and in the foreground, and camera is moving, you can do your projection on mesh to give it a 2.5 D volume
Hi! Thank you very much for the video! I have followed you steps, but i want to extract the UV from the scanline but it goes to black(projection mode) ¿any sujestion? Thanks again!
Sir how can we export that mesh to let's say Blender or any other 3d application. I know how to transfer camera data from nuke to blender but i don't know how to export mesh.
Hi sir is it possible to track a scene in PF track and export the data to nuke and create mesh by point cloud generator by using the point cloud data of PF Track?
