HOW TO GET 3X THE ENEMY CS WITH SMITE SINGED TOP! (THIS IS BIG BRAIN) 

I usually time my purchase for the item about 19:00 min. 30sec to get back to lane and you only get penalized one wave. then you can start "stacking" the jungle to be part of your champ i.e. free up a slot. I ran Tryn SMITE mid and was just stealing all the dragons etc.

They’ll probs do something like “smite will only work on minions if you have the jungle item” or some thing like that, gutting it elsewhere

Typical Riot, removing every good strategy from the game, as soon as it blows up. They really need to stop gutting strategic thinking. They've been doing this for years because people don't know what to do against good strategies... But MOBAs are strategy games... damn hypocrites giving us a strategy game that has all the strategic parts of it gradually removed.

I think they will just extend the experience penalty indefinitely, or just fix the catch up xp bug.

As long as a lot of players don't report it to Riot they'll probably not do anything about them. They only nerfed Smite on summons because people cried about the getting one-shot and then being useless.

The problem with things like olaf is they get outscaled hard, and cant chase singed down. People struggle against singed because he is uninteractive and they get bored.

It’s not necessarily against kassadin specifically. Taking an early inhib where you’re not able to close out the game causes your super minions to spawn which then goes to the enemies. Super minions push rly hard to the enemies will get a constant influx of high level, high gold minions they can kill. Kassadin is a champ that scales very well with levels (mainly his ult) so giving the enemy team the chance to collect a bunch of gold or exp is no bueno. Especially against a scaling champ like kassadin.
