We had a second calf heifer that didn't want to let her calf nurse. We don't take no for an answer! It is a very frustrating process but it definitely worth it! It's so much trouble to bottle feed a calf until it's weaned and the Mom's milk is to a lot better for the baby! We have used these techniques with our Brahman herd as well with great success!
