This app doesn't work because it forces you to buy credit, the "free" credit depends on adds rewards, and they give you very few. Completely waste of time.

some sites want a unique number to be added for verification and would suspend your account permanently If you added a duplicate number like paypal. How do I know that the number I have chosen wasn't used by another one on the same site?
