You know how to get a girlfriend and be attractive? Be that guy, and walk it like you talk it. Make her feel some type of way about you and don't always be around. Do this and she'll start to stalk your social media, want to know more about you and will most likely want you to take her out after. But you also have to make sure that she has good qualities too. That's why meaningful conversations are so crucial. Im gone.
I noticed you will have to learn how to turn off thought and emotion when approaching a girl. Same goes when you're about to do public speaking, talking to a stranger, about to start a competition. It's the best way I can describe it.

This video was very captivating to watch. I believe you touch on multiple strong points, and I believe you are mostly correct. However I do believe that men shouldn't be watching videos on how to get a girlfriend, they should learn this from experience, Every man needs to go through their first rejection, they need to go through their first heartbreak. It builds resilience in the face of the unknown. Becoming accustomed to watching videos on how to get a girlfriend will not give men the experience they need to go out into the world and be confident enough to strike up a conversation with a woman.
Bruh this video hits hard. I absolutely fell in love with this girl, and I'll say in love because I've had crushes but this felt differently, which is why I use the word love. She knew for a while and I finally asked her out and she turned me down, and it hurt man. I kinda feel like I'm not worth it, because i feel like if she didn't like me, then why would someone else and it hurts, and so what I've done is shut down. This has destroyed so many of my relationships, kinda because I haven't been trying to connect with others because I lost all self worth. So im gonna go to the gym more often, I'm gonna be working on my appearance, getting back into reading, and just try to be better

Yeah it's important to increase the number of women you talk to, but make sure they don't know each other, or they will think you're a weird creep who hits on every next girl... so be very careful while playing number's game. You have to play it quietly and keep it private without letting those girls notice, because you do have to make them all feel like you have standards and you don't hit on everyone.
