Programming = Logic + English. Logic = Math. It hardly takes 6 months for a good mathematician to nail a programming interview at the Big 5. So go for it !
i would disagree . math is needed but its not like all good maths students can nail at programming . in most of coding questions even if the logic is simple it takes a lot of programming skill to write the code . the toughest part of coding is converting our logic into code and only basic level of maths is needed .

Nope, the math we learn at 11/12 and College and the math that is required in AI & machine learning is not same. Anyone and everyone can be expert in computer science field with practice
Mathematics for ai ml and programming is different than what u study in mathematics major... Apart from that u need to learn computer science theories and lots of related stuffs os networking dbms have to Master db algo for going into machine learning.... In this today world Google is offering that we don't require a degree and that's true because in engineering clg we only get theory knowledge and no practical knowledge then how we should get a job for such company. They say that what u have learned in 4 year we can't say only theory. Thats why we should make all engineering college practical only no theory knowledge...
