I would say it’d be better to apply after moving to the province because of the following reasons 1. Your profile/resume will get shortlisted only if you mention the same province where the job is located 2. After shortlisting, there’s a step for document submission, there will be no point of submitting the photo ID proofs of different province. My suggestion is to move first and then apply 😊 Good luck!!
