Without a good reference in walmart , it's very hard to land a job in walmart (Canada). Even i got an interview call because one of my friends was working in walmart and she later referred me !
Hi sister, i have a quick questions. Do they really go through all those procedure’s that you mentioned here? or it depends on the position you applied for? For instance, If a person applied for the role of stocking up stuff in the shelf’s, will they go through the same procedure? Also what is the qualification requirements to apply any position from the lowest to the highest position, and lastly pay, at lowest what could be the wages that we can expect as a first timer and the highest. Hello, The interviews are in person only. Usually the emails are automated so there would not be any point of contact until the interview day. Wear a black or plain outfit for interview- be confident- speak a lot so you stand out- be interactive- research a little bit about walmart, its founder- walmart believes in customer service so all your answers should be in favour of customer-give open work availability (that can be changed later)- keep calm and believe that you will rock it!
Hello Muhammad, you will get an interview call only once you are selected. Keep applying for all positions open at Walmart stores in your area, you should first receive an email to complete their assessments. Later, they will schedule an interview if selected. Hope that helps..
Hello, If you have not received the assessment test yet, hold on. At times, walmart might skip that step or consider the assessments which might have completed for other jobs elsewhere on the same job portal. If you are selected, they will send you an email with an interview day. Also a small tip: apply for all available positions and keep your availability open. You can switch back and forth later

Hi dear, I realized that they expect us to wear a darker shade. A plain black tshirt/shirt without any brand logo works perfect. Although there is no such guideline. Hope this helps! Cheers!
Hello, They will not necessarily ask such questions. Most questions are situation based. Example: what would you do if a customer drops a pickle jar in front of you? But you can always be prepared for what so ever.

Hello Khyati, thank you for your question. They don’t generally ask you to carry anything during the interview as it is already submitted while applying. But you can always have one copy of resume handy. Rest other documents they will ask once you are selected. Also, a small tip: keep your availability open while applying so they give you a priority. You can change your availability once hired.

Hello Rutul, During interview at walmart, you are given a sheet and asked to provide availability. You can keep maximum available as later on once hired you get an authority to change your availability. Hope this helps
