Well, since you're not in the space world, you wont need level, but the more YEN you have the more LVL u get

1 Yen (first stat) = 1 lvl 10 Yen = 2 lvl 100 yen = 3 lvl so on and so on

Wdym 4500 Coins, for tier, you'll lose your stats but you'll keep your +1/1m runes
