Hi Brian, I obtained a Freedom Flex card approximately four months ago, and now I am considering applying for the Unlimited and Sapphire cards. I am wondering how much time I should wait between applying for each card.
I recently moved to an apartment complex that offers BILT. Does BILT provide you with a line of credit to pay your rent? Or is it more like setting aside the monthly amount of rent into the card? 😅 sorry I don’t really understand it.

I'm not Brian but i'm pretty sure you don't need to use them at all, they can sit there just make sure you have no occurring charges or fees, It would 100% be better if you had a reoccurring bill like netflix or something small to show the banks that you're still utilizing all credit cards but you don't need to.
Cards may be closed for inactivity so it’s a good idea to use them at least a little. One thing you can do is to convert an existing card that isn’t useful to a card that is. This should retain the credit history while making the card more useful.
Im a 837 my lowest is 815 ..750 and up is considered excellent credit you get what you want...but the higher the score the more credit worthy you are meaning the more credit lenders will give you. Your basic credit card should be about a 30k credit limit to get in the 800 and above club
Generally anything over 780 is all the same. Credit is in "blocks", so 780 or so to 850 is the same. Other than fun factor and flexing, 800+ is pointless and very hard to get
