Recently bought a 2nd hand car. The dealer added aftermarket products (warranty, dent protection, windowscreen protection, interior cover) without my consent. Luckily after a huge fight. They removed those added product. Can we also have an episode on those Added products which dealership adds without our consents

Just here as a fellow Opel 1.4 turbo engined car owner, to tell everyone to be wary of any of the Meriva, Astra or Mokka models with the 1.4 turbo petrol engines. These little engines are not reliable. On our second engine, 3rd radiator, 2nd aircon motor and have had to replace various electrical doodads over our 3yrs of ownership of our Meriva B (2013 model year). Have heard similar stories from nearly every Mokka owner. Beware of the Opel 1.4 turbo...

Is selling on consignment a loophole to cpa? Because they are acting as agent to private seller

Nobody gets to read a contract - exactly - they tell you to sign here and sign there - no time to read - in fact they will not be pleased if you ask to take the contract home to read it over. There is no such thing as free agents in the contract process.
