Love your content! But as a long time renter, pet rent is BS. Children do just as much damage if not more and you don't charge therm rent. If a renter moves out and no damage from the pet, the pet rent pays for what? The huge deposits and insurance requirements should more than cover you. Otherwise, give us actual services for that pet rent, like dog walkers or grooming. I'd easily pay double the pet rent if i actually got something for it.
