I just tried this trick and it didn't work for me. The image I got on the wall was small. Do I need a certain type of mirror? or do I need to change any settings? I'm using a Hitachi CP-X1230

Am I on the wrong road here? In these videos the projector is on the other side of the room. Short throw is when the projector is beside the screen?

How far away does it ave to be away from screen to make it 110 inch

Hi CETS, Thanks for your trick really helped me save alotta money. Do you think it's possible to use a convex mirror instead to enlarge the image even more? Or would it warp the image? (Would a corner circular convex mirror work or do you need a rectangle type like a car mirror? Thank you very much.

That's a great trick. But for a permanant installation, i move things around and don't use the keystone as it sqeeze the pixels and lose some details in the sharpness, especially if you're computer output is set to the native resolution of the projector. Next thing i would try to make is a 45 degree projector / mirror / screen mount to mount the projector on the back wall, close to the ceiling but to get a bigger image.
