Your gardens are magnificent. I love your sweet dog playing with his ball. Your greenhouse is amazing. I like things planted close together which also means you don’t have to mulch as much❤️😊❤️
A dream comes true❣️ Your show us the greenhouse and nursery. It is so clear and lovely. And now i see how important it is to have containers in one sice. It look very clear and sorted in winter time. Every day must be a great day to go working in this beautiful yard. I have two dogs of gardenworking, the whole day too. Greatings from 🇩🇪. Happy mothersday💐😃
I love your tours and soaking in your advise and suggestions. Thank you. If possible, I would like to see and hear more about shade and woodland gardening. I have a large part of my garden under cedar and maple trees (i’m at the edge of a northern rain forest) and struggle to add color to the flower beds.
Your garden is a few weeks later than ours in the Uk and is a beautiful as ever. I like the herbaceous clematis too - my favourite is Clematis durandii, which would be the one I would grow if I could only have one clematis.
I SO enjoyed this mini-tour. I especially liked seeing your greenhouse. Any thoughts on doing a longer tour of just the greenhouse and the plants that you germinate? I'd love to see them from the start to the finish, when you put them out in the garden or in large pot arrangements. Keep the videos coming Claus!!! You have an excellent style of gardening that is unique, outstanding, and just remarkable! 🌷🌷🌷
Love your gardens, thanks for sharing with us! My grandmother would say the same about weeds. Every bit of dirt was used up in her gardens. I do the same, I still have some weeds, but not enough to complain about! 😉
What a delight is to be shown your garden, I’m thousands of miles away and I consider it a privilege to see this beautiful garden and even enjoy your playful dog! I appreciate your suggestions on how to avoid weeds and -as the popular saying goes-, “seeing is believing”, your garden proves this to be true. Thank you for posting the names of the plants. And could feel your surprise and joy when you saw the white fritillaria! I gasped when I saw your “babies” in the greenhouse. Everything is lovely!😁. Thank you for inviting me in. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Thank you Claus, that is such good advice. I have a fairly new garden and where the plants have come together, l am almost weed free. My negative space, weeds of course!! No competition. 👍🐞🐝🦋
What a scrumptious greenhouse with all the goodies ready to be planted. Your garden looks beautiful whatever the season! And I do love seeing your beautiful poodle 🐩 in the garden🥰 We have two Airedales and our garden is very much a garden for them also. Looking forward to you next video!
It's really always an extraordinary pleasure to see your garden with its great borders. I also find it so nice to see with what enthusiasm you go through your garden to share with us the wonderful splendor of the plants.
I’m struggling with creeping Charlie’s in my garden. Perhaps the secret is dense planting. My fear has always been, I won’t be able to get to the Charlies to clean them out. Thanks for the tips Claus. Love your gardens. Beautiful. 🌸
Those Tulips are truly beautiful...and i love it very much but unfortunately there is no Tulips in my Country...🌷🌷🌷 Thank you for sharing your lovely garden...Sir! All the best wishes to you...Claus Dalby.
OMG! Love your greenhouse. Curious about your greenhouse for a while. Finally I see it:) So appreciate that you share your 30 years old garden with us. It is full of gems and treasures!
I have a few weeds. They are getting fewer each season. I dig them up and try to keep them at bay but they peek out here and there. I look at it as nature's way to see if I am on my toes.
Such an enjoyable garden tour with so much plant material. Greenhouse is immaculate and so well organized. Love seeing your doggie pal prancing through the garden with you.
I love watching your videos. I have only just started watching them since I saw your dahlia video on the middle sized garden. Since you plant so densely, how do you replenish the soil health? Do you add compost in the winter or fertilizer? I look forward to seeing more videos.
Oh dear Claus, what a treat to find you have posted another superb video for us to enjoy. Your garden is perfection. I hadn't realized you had so many garden beds. I am used to your pots. This spring planting brings me joy. Infact, my heart races everytime I see you have posted something new. Thank you for allowing us to view your lovely work of art.
Hello Claus, your garden looks lovely as always! Like you, I also plant densely so weeds are really not a problem in my my garden either. There are a few every now and then but nothing worth mentioning. Happy gardening:-)
Thanks for sharing this vital info Claus. 🙌🏽🥰 Question: when the plants are so closely rooted do they have problems growing up so closely together? I asked because packages will instruct to spread plants out to a certain width. Thanks so much. Your gardens are absolutely Phenomenal! 🌺🥰
This is what I discovered in my own garden I used to struggle with weeds then I realized if I plant a lot that there’s no bare soil weeds can’t grow or very minimal it works great at the same time my flower border are abundant with different flowers .
Great video. Thanks. Can you share your tips on pest control. Planting densely is great for weeds but I've found by doing that I have to deal with all kinds of little beasties. Some I've never seen before and I'm also getting many more of the usual like snails and greenfly. Any advice.
I LOVE your garden and I appreciate you teaching us about each plant!! Thank you!! ~Thank you!! You are truly an artist!! ~ I live in the USA, in the state of Washington ~ I look forward to each of your videos and I rewatch and enjoy the past ones too!!
Could you talk more about growing plants in a green house. How often do you water them? How big are they when you put them out in your garden? Do you put just one seed in each section or more. I don’t have a green house but, I due have a small back room with lots of window that, I could put my trays in. But, how hot or cold should I keep the room? I love your videos you have such wonderful information to share. Thank you so much.
I love watching your videos. I have only just started doing so since watching your dahlia video on the middle sized garden. Since you plant so densely how do you add to soil health? Do you add compost in the winter or fertilizer? I look forward to seeing more of your videos.
