Gautam Mahapatra, an economics graduate from the University of Cambridge shares his insights on applying for the Master of Science, Financial Economics program at the University of Oxford. He worked as an intern at D.E Shaw, a hedge fund group headquartered in New York and applied to the MFE program with no work experience. After completing his master’s he plans to return to D.E Shaw and work as a full-time Investment Analyst.
