Heyy sola your videos are really amazing, just a quick question, should you do past papers in year 12 for your mocks as i’m in yr 12 at the moment and I don’t think i have covered all the content to do a past paper, as i’ve only covered about most of the 1st module and some of the 2nd one, and also could you do a video on alevel chemistry as well? Amazing video though, as i study alevel biology, chemistry and maths as it helps me study better. ❤️💕

Hi sola, i just wanna thank you and other youtubers for helping me from G1,2,3 in my first mocks to G9,9,9 in my last two mocks in science subjects. I also wanna ask if you know of any youtbers like cognito and freesciencelessons but they do alevel content, i'm in yr 11 and i don't wanna have to start looking later

@@user-kv8gt2kd1y Well i do watch videos on cognito for topics that are hard, i don't understand, i've just done or i am doing ahead of class and after that i use specification or cgp guides to see key points, then i do blurting and then physics and maths exam questions, i also do lots of past papers(i have tuturing with a tutor and all i ever really do is past papers 4 days a week 2hrs), exam season is also coming so i have simplified the specification by removing the irrelivant stuff or adding the stuff they say we need to know and i'm gonna make flashcards from it and i also do a lot of seneca and whenever it gets easy i set a challenge of always getting 100% and in general i always(most of the time) give 100% in class . Hope this helps :)

hiii love ur content!! im starting my gcse next year but i want to prepare and start creating notes for each subject in advance, BUTTT what textbooks do u recommend for history & maths?? Hi sola for gcses if you use pmt notes because they summarise the specification by making flashcards using just these notes,can you still get a 9? Or should u use the textbook as well because as you know there is some stuff we dont need to know in the textbooks.

read the book / notes that u have , and attempt past paper , correct ur past paper, and u will get A* concentrate in ur practical classes .

also sorry sola, last thing, in terms of past paper questions could you please advise some websites such as i know like pmt does full past paper questions but how many should i do (from what years) and did you do any practise papers from a specific website please? thank you, also looking forward to watching this!!

I mostly used PMT as it pretty much collects all of the questions from the past few years. I recommend doing as many as you can! Start with the most recent years then work your way backwards as those questions are more likely to come up again. Do topic questions until you consistently get high scores in that topic. I only did the official exam board's past papers. Hope this helps

About the specification, there is so much content on my revision guide that isn’t on the specification list, but I’m scared of not revising it and the content coming up in the exam, specially as my teachers taught it in class also.

Thank you so much! I wouldn’t say corbettmaths 5 a day is sufficient to get a grade 9 as the questions are random and dont test your weaknesses. I would recommend doing as many past papers as you can!

Hey, so if you go on your exam boards website and select the subject you are doing, there should be an option saying specification’ Basically this is a pdf with all of the content that is in your subject. If it’s not in the spec, it’s not in your exam :)

Im not struggling with the material, im just struggling with the tests part. (Multiple choice and short answer). Like I can know stuff from the back of my hand but the tests are just so hard to pass. The highest ive got on a test is a C without test corrections.
