A senior nurse where I did my volunteering wasn't even considering UK but got a care job through referral and they interviewed her immediately sent her offer letter and she's waiting for cos. She is a qualified midwife with almost 15years of work experience but she said once she's there she will register for her osce and switch in the longrun.

Ive been coming across alot of these types of RU-vid channel recently. Either these people who create these videos are incredibly stupid beyond believe to make videos and making the authorities aware of loopholes that everyone else is using and are low-key about OR are working closely with authorities as a mole.
