Hey bro Hope you're reading this. You make mostly good videos but.. I'm a medical student & I can confirmly say that mewing does not work especially after puberty. The force is very small once the bones set in place. It's like hitting a grown banyan tree with hands & hoping banyan tree will bend. It's impossible. There is zero research work to prove mewing.
