How to get better at Just Dance! (TIPS & TRICKS) 

I love how in the "songs you want to improve" there's chaccaron lmao

Here's a tip for switch players! Sometimes the joy con will just randomly give random x's every song even if you can 13k it. If this happens, go into the settings, and then either recalibrate the motion controls, or restart the entire console. Hopefully the issue is fixed.

as someone who has gotten 13ks on the songs i put my mind to dancing to, timing is everything, don't take your eyes off the screen when you're just learning the song so you can figure out exactly how to do the moves. happy dancing :)

Good video, taking tricks to each song can be a grueling and long task, but it's worth it. It's fun to learn how to properly use each console, and I've played on too many haha.

I'm a phone player (Android) with PS4. My tip is that you have to turn off the vibration for a better scoring; sometimes (with vibration) in repeated moves I get Perfect but when I get a star the score is less, the same argument goes to gold moves because i get the gold move but the following move is a good or a ok. The real problem is when the phone disconnects at a random point of a song (I notice it when I start ti get xs)

I play on Switch and it is SOOOOO annoying when I’m dancing to a song and I’m getting all perfects and then a random SUPER comes out of no where, and what makes it even MORE annoying is that I’ve gotten full perfects on that song before. So far the only maps in JD2022 I got full perfects on are Sua Cara and Black Mamba Medium Version.

I have a Switch, and I hate that I can't get a good score on Birthday (in my opinion a really easy choreo) just because of the tracking. Had a similar problem with Rare by Selena Gomez - in the end I just sat down and did the motions and I got megastar.

“Play just dance more often” I play just dance every single day😂

Random tip: Hold your Wii mote the right way, facing like your pointing on the sensor bar and covering the A button with your thumb

I played Just Dance on Nintendo Switch. Base on my experience, I have to watch my timing and effort on each move. I once got 13332 on La Bal Masque.

This changed my dancing life thank you so much

I dont worry about the score. I usually dance them from youtube anyways. My goal is to learn how to dance well and improvise when needed.

i can say that switch is really arm-based, because i did choreos only moving the right arm (I ALSO DID LEVEL UP) and i ended up breaking some records (Smalltown Boy and Level Up)

Spitting out facts. Birthday is so rigged on the switch, I don't know how people score megastar on it.

Maybe I can learn how to improve in various songs because when I got 13039 score in the song Rasputin, I got so mad that I nearly want to broke the system because I almost break week record ( I was 10 score after the week record.) this video really help me out! hey! i recently got a kinect and played with it today but it seems like i still get too many goods & supers for a lot of moves blocking me from 13k. can you possibly make a tutorial for the kinect or great tips

I kinda know how to do it at Nintendo switch I kinda did it so I just move my coloured thing or whatever they’re called- and I don’t even move my full body I just move my hand and it tricks the game 😂 😊

This may not really help,but I noticed on the songs (I know this is true on unlimited,but I don’t know if it applies with the actual games) that the moves are time sensitive.Try the moves earlier and you can get better then an ok. (I’m a switch player,so I don’t know if this works on other platforms and games)

for me the tracking on 'Birthday' and 'Sushi' extreme just doesn't work... I'm using a Nintendo Switch and my joycons are basically brand new, I do the move perfectly but it still gives me 'GOOD' or 'OK' constantly, I had practiced 'Birthday' through youtube multiple times before trying it for reals on my actual birthday, I decided to see how it was before my birthday hit and It wasn't tracking any of my moves right... Sushi extreme goes way too fast to calibrate any of the moves no matter how accurate or delayed I do them...

the kinect>controller tip is true for me, i got 5 stars in bangarang extreme in just dance 2020 (xbox one, first try, with a kinect) compared to 3 stars in just dance now (my android tablet connected to my tv, first try, with a connected phone)

Thanks Waxy Peach Also I am playing on JD 2017 :( Used to have MEGASTAR on JD2022 for my Nintendo Switch but then lost it :( Now I get 5 stars and we only have JD 2017 for my PS4 so I’m getting JD 2022 for the PS4

The annoying this is that, with some maps, you could do the dance perfectly and still score poorly (mainly in the older games)
