Poopy Blocky Marker is one of the official markers to not be in the Markerdex, the others are Left Leg Marker and Wanted Marker.
Poopy Blocky Marker is a reference to an image of Blocky, a character from the BFDI web-series, sitting on a toilet.
Upon touching the Marker, you will hear Blocky screaming.
