Mam, how to get 30 yr EC? Can it be done online in tnreginet? Also, All regulations in cmda chennai building code are specified in meters. Your have described it in feet. My question is as follows. 1. I have a plot that falls under chennai corporation(cmda) that is 30 feet width(facing road) and 50 feet long. Road width is 20 feet. If i consider using feet unit(for 30 feet), I will have to leave only 5 feet set back on one side. But the building code says anything above 9m(29.5 feet) should have 1.5m on both sides or 3 m on one side. Which one is correct? 2. Going a little bit further, if my abutting road width is 20 feet(6.096m), am i allowed Stilt + 3F or Stilt + 2F? i guess the conversion is a bit confusing when measurements are in borderline. Is there any truncation rules to follow? I have not come across any
