My question is as follows. 1. I have a plot that falls under chennai corporation(cmda) that is 30 feet width(facing road) and 50 feet long. Road width is 20 feet. If i consider using feet unit(for 30 feet), I will have to leave only 5 feet set back on one side. But the building code says anything above 9m(29.5 feet) should have 1.5m on both sides or 3 m on one side. Which one is correct? 2. Going a little bit further, if my abutting road width is 20 feet(6.096m), am i allowed Stilt + 3F or Stilt + 2F? i guess the conversion is a bit confusing when measurements are in borderline. Is there any truncation rules to follow? I have not come across any
