I know this might be the best strategy to reach your goals... but I see you have a higher level of expertise than other branding channels i watch... It would be cool if you could dedicate even one video per month where you get really nerdy for like 40 minutes
Absolutely... Create your system first... prove (to yourself) it works, record a process video, hire someone to help.... Or you can outsource the whole lot though this would be more expensive

I do identity design for 4 yrs now (freelance), with the majority of past clients I had good communication and delivered good work (by their own words). But that's it... most of them continued to work with less expensive designers on easier projects. After finishing the work I have offered to many of them my other services, but I know they think of me as expensive. I got most of my clients through refferals and I haven't done anything the past 2-3 years to promote myself because I had enough good paying work all the time. Now the ammount of work has dropped significantly. If you were in my position and had to fight my huge ego 😄, (how) would you contact my past clients and ask for work? I have a blockade obviously as I find it very stressful to "beg" for work. I feel like I'd have to drop prices to a level where it won't motivate me to work.
Send them a series of emails with valuable content related to the added value that you can provide them (Dont offer anything, just provide value / educate... then when you reach out to offer your help, it wont feel cold and forced... the key is showing them the added value you provide when compared to the cheaper options... a winning case study amongst the emails is always helpful

Very little budget to get this strategy off the ground if you can take on most of this yourself... If you need to hire designers, copywriters, a webmaster and email automation specialist then you'd be starting at about $15k-$20k before any traffic...
