Thank you so much for this video. I have definitely been struggling lately with trusting in God and letting go and letting him take control. I’m so used to taking control and knowing what’s next and trying to plan everything. When I don’t have that control I start to spiral and I become very anxious and even depressed. I’ve been listening to my Bible app, and listening to the devotionals on it. I also read my devotional books, and just trying to immerse myself in God’s word I can let go. It is so hard. It can be especially hard when you don’t feel like you don’t have that much control over your life to begin with. I am very grateful for taking time and making things video. Maya! Thank you for this video. I desire to immerse myself more in the Lord. Thank you for your encouragement, advice, and reminders that doing so will not happen over night but it will happen. I am currently working on my second Master’s degree and endorsement, a full time preschool teacher, a wife, and a mother to three kids 7,5,and 2. I tried waking up early in the mornings to “fit God in” am was failing abundantly. Now here I am listening to you say “there is not a schedule for God.” Therefore, I can come to him while I am getting dressed, getting my kids dressed, driving in to work, or even the hour I sit in my classroom before my students arrive. In my mind, I had to plan time to have with God when in actuality that time is anytime of my day. Thank you so much for that.
God knew I needed to listen to this today. I also started my walk with Christ in 2020 and sometimes I still get lukewarm especially when I see people in the world happy and thriving. I have to remind myself that greater is the one in heaven than the one in the world. Thank you for this reminder and to God be all the glory ❤

The timing of this is SO on point. An hour or two ago I just thought to myself how I can get more of God as a new wife and mother. Been feeling off the wagon spiritually since I had so many life changes so quickly and making time for God has been tricky….but God answers those prayers for sure, even when we don’t ask him 🙌🏽
Love watching your vlogs in the morning I’ve got pretty consistent again reading the Bible every day with the Bible recap plan. I was lacking a little when my daughter was born, now that she’s 3 months I read it every morning like you said when I’m feeding her and I’m on day 108. As Someone Who Wants To Fully Devote Their Life To Christ I Want To Go In With Him All The Way. I’m Currently Fasting For 3 Days This Month From 6Am-6Pm. But, This Time I Want To Take It A Step Further And Fast For 30 Days From Social Media Instead Of Food Because I Also Been Struggling To Gain Weight And That Is What I Desire From The Lord But Also Dwelling In His Word And Presence. I’ve Been Fasting Since Last Year And Restricted Myself From Food And Accomplished It Before. But, For Someone Who Wants To Gain Weight I Keep Killing My Flesh From Ut. Social Media Is What I Indulge And Give My Time To The Most. That’s Why I Decided To Switch It Up And Do My Normal 3 Days W/O Food Until 6 And The Rest Is Strictly From Social Media Even After. How Do You Think I Should Go About This?

On their website they have a yearly Bible reading that will have you read the whole Bible by the end of the year. We read the KJV it's older English but it makes me feel closer to the Lord even more knowing exactly the language that was used then ❤ Thank you for always sharing the Lord's word and building our Christian community with you showing that through your vlogs. I would love more videos like this. It's so refreshing. I am also a young wife and mother. I want to become a better mother and most importantly a better wife. God has done such amazing things in my life and I would've never imagined my life the way it is today but that's how God planned it to be in I'm beyond grateful for that. I grew up knowing about God, going to church, reading verses of the bible but I never truly had a RELATIONSHIP with God. I just became a subscriber, I found you about a month ago after I had my second child looking for advice on breastfeeding/pumping and I came across you in the mist of my searching. You had me hooked ever since and I'm thankful God lead you across my phone. I pray God will continue to bless you to be able to put out faith content, I really needed something/someone to help me get my fire for the Lord again. Being a Mom can be so busy you lose track of time and can get lost in the whirlwind of life that you push things like bible study to the back burner, but I need to get out of this slump and grow my faith.
