it's a trial, not a gift. you need at least 1 dollar on your card to make sure you aren't using a card from a card generator.

ok soo the thing that happened with me was i was helping my friend get a nitro i used my card on his account and after i did that like i tried to remove the payment method and as my nitro was active soo it told me to cancel the subscription soo i cancelled it and after that within 2 mins i got charged 10 bucks without anything it was supposed to be free still they charged me

i think it first takes your 9.99 then gives you your free and another month coz mine said declined and it had less than 10 dollars but enough to pay the 0.99. So its probably just a scam.
