Based on the math, it was worth 777 TP Medals for Towa, Videl and Android 18, while it is worth 500 TP Medals for Goku, Gohan, Nappa, Hercule and Whis. Sum them all up and you have about 4831, less than 5000 TP Medals. If you want to make a very quick medals, you can do "The Ultimate Evil: Broly" Expert Mission. Took me and my friends less than a minute or two after hitting our enemy with poison and hitting him really hard as our Limit Burst with ATK Up activated and Soul Punisher to push back the Gigantic Ki Blast (along with Drain Field to absorb Peeler Storm for our reserves and protection), giving us 18 TP Medals per wins. Of course, you have to do it less than 270 times, and if you can beat it in less than 2 minutes, it would take about 8 hours if starting without any TP Medals. If you're lucky, you can use your set of Dragon Balls to wish for 200 TP Medals. I'm sure you have plenty of time to get the gifts on time.
