Hey mate, Im around 1.5 seconds off the ultimate quali pace in my league in most tracks. but im a consistent points finisher. I play on controller with cockpit cam and i enjoy the game more because of it. I usually switch between tv pod for the race and cockpit cam for qualifying but i prefere running cockpit view for every session when i can. I keep getting told id be much faster with a decent wheel and pedals, and if i practice woth tv pod more often. Seeing as you drove controller for a while on your earlier years, i wanted your opinion on what I should do. Is there any value in investing money and time in buying and learning to drive with a wheel and pedal for the purpose of getting that little bit faster to be competitive for wins or will the difference in pace not make enough of a difference for me to switch from controller?
