I’ve been through the rehabilitation program. I’ve completed the payments, the loan is back to its original lender. The default is still on my Experian and TransUnion credit report. Experian has removed it. How much longer til this comes completely off my credit?

So I have a unique situation I've been in default for awhile I tried to go to school I owe 10k I qualify for 0.00$ payments but would it be better since I was in school in 2016 should I just wait it out? I'm delinquent but on ssi can you please give me some advice on how to deal with this. I have a special needs child and I refuse to pay for a school that was online and overpriced And was useless. Thanks for this video

Student loans don't expire, and Federal Student loans can garnish social security. If you would have a $0 monthly payment, then that is likely the best option. At least that puts you on the path to having the loans forgiven at some point.

If it is a federal student loan, you can try logging in to studentaid.gov. That is the Dept. of Education website. It can give you an inventory of your student loans and can usually tell you who is now servicing them. If the loan is a private student loan, and if it is not on your credit report, there isn't a way to figure it out until someone contacts you.

Because I got offered a scholarship but I don’t qualify for the Pell grant because it says I’m in default even tho I paid it

That is something you have to sort out with the collector or institution that gave you the scholarship.

Assuming Biden's program survives the Supreme Court (which is unlikely), the forgiveness would apply to defaulted student loans assuming the loan type is covered by the program and you are otherwise eligible.
