Dang that is weird, this seems to be happening to a few people. I would go to happyfox and submit a ticket explaining your issue, I would also recommend providing proof that you dont have the items and you went to the room
Are u sure you dont already own the item? If u dont then I would suggest either going to your dorm and seeing if the box is there, or maybe just doing the quest again
@@trapino1853 dang that is unfortunate, I would consider submitting a happy fox ticket explaining your issue. I would reccomend providing proof than you dont have the item. Then record a video of you doing the quest fully and then show you got no reward
