Can citizenship still be obtained through a great great grandparent who never became naturalized in the US?

@@lexidy Thank you we have ancestry so we have access to those documents through there. Would being 37 years old (male) and not speak the language be an issue?

@@lexidy can you definir familial connection to La France? Is that just that one is a descendant of French ancestors? Or does the connection also need to include speaks the language ?
