It does work on my 3DS & on my Home Wifi. I dont know about the DSi but it should work too.
These are 100% LEGIT POKEMON so you can send them on your Pokemon Bank I believe (btw I dont have it so let me know in the comments)
BE CAREFUL with the natures : you will have to reset them if you want a specific nature.
So far what I got :
Liberty Pass & lvl 15 Victini
V-Create Victini (lv. 50, any nature)
Keldeo (ibid)
Meloetta (ibid)
Zekrom (lv. 100 & any nature on Black ; you will get Reshiram on White)
Mewtwo (lv. 70, any nature)
Shiny Dialga, Palkia, Giratina (lv. 100, any nature)
Shiny Larvitar

FR : Ca marche sur la 3DS et le wifi de ma maison. Je ne sais pas ce qui en est pour la DSi mais cela devrait également marcher.
Ce sont des Pokémon 100% legit donc vous pouvez les transférer pour les générations suivantes (jusqu'à Écarlate & Violet) avec la Banque Pokemon a priori (je ne l'ai pas)
ATTENTION les natures sont aléatoires donc n'hésitez pas à reset pour avoir la bonne nature (Rigide ou Timide sur Zekrom par exemple)
Pour l'instant j'ai eu :
Le Pass Liberté et le mini-event Victini, un Victini avec Coup Victoire, Keldeo, Meloetta, Zekrom (version Noire, mais si vous avez la version Blanche, vous aurez Reshiram niveau 100), un Embrylex shiny, le trio de Sinnoh tous shiny (Dialga, Palkia, Giratina), Mewtwo niveau 70
