I used Cetaphil gentle cleanser on my oily skin two days after lots of pimples skin colour fade I used acen benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid pimples is not going and full time oil coming from skin 😢😢 l see a dermatologist and gave only acen pimples medicine but not working on my skin

Maam I am from south and climate in south is very humid even if I apply a cermide moisturiser and sunscreen I can see them follow down my neck . I feel chip chip on my skin within 2hrs.
