1. Dinner at least 3 hour before going to bed 2. Comfortable cloth 3. Coffee, tea, chocolates etc should be taken at least 5 hour before going to sleep 4. 20-30 minutes give to yourself... For sleep..if then also getting difficulty then do pranayam. 5. No digital gadget should be used before sleeping 6. Shower before sleeping 7. reading something good before sleeping

I have listened to all your talks and well meant advice dear Hansaji .It’s so comforting and uplifting. I am 88 years old and have been battling with age related issues such as an over active bladder which keeps me awake at night and interferes with my sleep. I am taking Ayurvedic supplements and going for Acupuncture treatment . Mindfulness and Meditation are my daily practice and I am grateful for all the blessings received. Many thanks for all your helpful suggestions regarding yogic asanas deep breathing and exercises ! God Bless You 🙏

Namaskar. I listened to yr conversation abt this topic. It was beautiful. If I sleep in the afternoon I don't get sleep on time. If I feel very tired or boring only I used to sleep in the afternoon. Whether these pranayam's can be done during midnight. I have tested reading books gives good sleep. Some more tips you have given I try this. Thanks.

This information was very valuable. But it was hard to hear and focus on, because the music is louder and more assertive than her voice. Sorry for that, you can try chamomile tea and lavender oil spreads around the pillows area. I also learned from different sources. I was also a victim of insomnia.

Sleeping with a thin pillow is good. Sleeping without pillow means not sleeping at all. Try SPRINGFIT SLIMCHILL PILLOW. Go and find it from your nearest store.
