What are you using to achieve that signature sound? I'm using fl studio with a midi controller and an audio interface. None of the default synths or plugins sound good for it, I might just purchase a hardware synthesizer that's popular with the talk box but I'd like to save money
was just about to say you THINK it helps until you put the tube in your mouth and realize it's much harder than it looks lol (hence why I'm here) Hope in the past year you've been able to get it figured out mate!
you all are using the talk box in the style and vibe of the LATE GREAT ROGER TROUTMAN of the 70s RnB band Zapp. I listened to Pink Floyd's 3 Pigs song or whatever and it definitely does not show any significant use of Talk Box. I couldn't even finish listening to the song it was so BORING. Roger Troutman Zapp made talk box international. They even had their own patent on a model. its about time black folk took something whites did and made it better. lol.
