Btw you were very lucky to get 2 exotic hats in the chest...

I accidentally tapped the 10x hat, which cost me 2580 gems without warning and got virtually nothing for it. I wondered what I'd done wrong and did the 1x hat for 258 gems. Again no asking for confirmation. I got nothing of value. Logged a report, they pulled the event and I eventually got back 2400 gems. Good riddance.

its not guaranteed to get lucky if u spent 2400 gems for 10 hats to get a current shop exotic hat, so its not worth it, maybe they will change the amount of coins we are getting or maybe they should lower the price for an upgrade
