Thank you G for your video, again another great one❤Maybe its just my experience, but I feel like everytime I have to start over again with a new SA/manager its like getting a first QB! There is a lot of turnover unfortunatel. Of course they have your history of purchase… but I have to build the relationship/establish my taste all over again. Definitely since 2020 its harder/the spending has to be higher. Thanks for the great advice!!🍊👏🏼

This was an awesome video as always. My goal eventually is to be an Hermes customer but for now I am grateful to have some beautiful pre-loved pieces and some homewares. I am interested in seeing how and where you store all of your luxury bags and slg's if that wouldn't be too invasive? Also whether to store bags in their boxes or not plus also to instead store items such as travel/gym bags with a cushion or pillow inside rather than folded. I will look through past videos in case you did answer these and I have forgotten. Mel

My first SLG was a lipstick case, but I also have a Kelly wallet and Kelly compact wallet or pocket. It really is nice and so easy to use!

The 24 24 would be a nice men’s bag but I only like it with a croc or alligator for the hard piece of leather holding the clasps otherwise it looks too blocky

I’m a guy , I have a 24/24 21 (mini) and I love it with an alternate strap. My 24/24 is in etoupe and beige de wiener and I use my thick canvas strap from my etoupe evelyne pm and wear it as a high crossbody bag. The opening is a little narrow so that gets annoying but I love the look.

I have both sizes, the 29 and mini. I love the mini more because of the strap on the size 29 is not too versatile

i think the price is the main drawback about the 24/24. its approaching qb money and so many people don't want to pay that much for a non qb esp one that hasnt been considered a classic. If it was priced around a bolide or under a lindy I think it would be easier for people to swallow. But its really a beautiful bag.

I really hope I can get a SO one day! Unfortunately my SA moved to a different location…though I like her I am a VIP at the department store where my current Hermes is located. If you were in my shoes, would you get a new SA (which she said she will introduce) or continue my relationship with her but at a different department store. My current store is 15 min away from where I live and the new location is 30-45 min away (depending on traffic). Also I want to get your opinion on having multiple SAs. In Tokyo where I live there are 3 Hermes stores within 15 minutes apart. Would you go to all of them? Or just go to one? I only had 1 SA at my main department store and 1 SA in Hong Kong. And 1 SA in Korea.
