@@chillblue1650 Your face won't start to hollow out until around 22 years old; I know in general that teenagers want the "hollow" look but they have to realize that many of these famous people are just outliers, REALLY THIN or are already above age 24 or are using makeup. This video is a good example; out of all the people featured in the video, only 1 of them looked like they could be a teenager. Trust me, I'm 25; wanting hollow cheeks is just teenage insecurity(I know because I used to be a teenager), and there will be a point in time in which you will want it back. These videos are insane tho; I was never bombarded with these types of videos back in the early 2010's.
Precisely, especially when you get to a certain age. I noticed recently that I'm getting hollow cheeks. I hate it. Trying my best to put weight back on my cheeks but it's not easy as the weight goes straight on my torso and my face seems to be the last place the fat wants to go.
There are people who want to make their cheekbones pronounced and their cheeks sunken. My cheeks have become sunken and my cheekbones have been expressive since I was 14 - it looks very ugly, I’ve been wanting plumper cheeks for a long time, but I have a feeling that my cheeks will become plump when I gain weight up to 100 kg 😭. Now I’m not so thin as to have such a thin face with sunken cheeks. And many girls don’t like sunken cheeks. Or maybe I’m worrying and having complexes in vain.
So if your 6 ft and eat 1500 calories a day plus 300 depending on how much cardio and weights you do that day will you maintain hollow cheeks or get them

Hollow cheeks are literally due to the atrophy of the buccinators (cheek muscles). You need to use your cheeks as little as possible, especially when swallowing.
After eating clean your mouth and teeth using your tongue. It will exercise your muscles. I'm doing it regularly before toothbrushing and got a good jawline.
You know what's funny? I actually have hollow cheeks. However, I have been super self conscious about it for years. I have been working out/ eating right for a long while now and have noticed this about my face. Especially after it is clean-shaven. I never liked seeing these hollow cheeks in photos/videos of myself. Little did I know this was deemed as "attractive" this whole time. LOL. This brightened my day :)

It’s genetic. Getting a Low body fat will show you immediately if you even are able to get them. Any fat face will not have chiseled features but every face can look better with lower body fat. More definition, and sharpness
Exactly , people dont udnerstand that facial bone structure is diferent to everyone so even if you get them it doesnt guaranty that it will look good unfortunatly.
Im doing no only this but much more every day since almoust year. Daily around 40min. Guys if your bf% is not below 10% thats not working. Instead over this time my face improve a lot from 6.5 to 8.

Cheek exercises are useless. No study shows that they have a proper impact in having hollow cheeks. Just like how you can’t spot reduce stomach fat, you can’t do the same to face fat too
Bruh cheeks have no muscles at all. The only muscle on your face that you should work for hollow cheeks is your jawline muscles. Plus you need to lose weight a lot probably, so working out is a must
Just don't eat until you think you're going to pass out and then eat a tictac. Every third day, allow yourself to either one rice cake or enjoy an entire 1/2" cube of cheese. You'll have a clavicle the girls will envy!

I'm considering doing this, however I'm not sure what will happen to the inside of my mouth. I'd assume it will get at least slightly sunken inside too, which would be a problem because I'm already biting the inside of my cheeks quite often and I don't want to make it worse.
If you smoke heavily it might because of the sucking motion but it ain't a one habit thing personally I think it's a lot of bad habits combined one of is drinking from straws and wrong swallowing I stopped doing these but I have to be patient to see results.

Totally BS advice. Do NOT exercise buccinator muscles if you wish to achieve hollow cheeks. Puffing up and sucking in these muscles will hypertrophy them, and you want atrophy! If you want hollow cheeks, only three things help: 1. Consistent long term mewing. 2. Strengthening your jaw muscles by chewing hard food and chewing gum regularly and properly = chew in simply up and down direction without using your neck or cheeks muscles. 3. Get your body fat down.
I'm getting hollow cheeks which I absolutely hate b coz I made a conscious effort to chew my food properly and longer so that I can digest my food better. I'm not sure how to reverse it or if it's even possible

Do not puff out your cheeks or suck them in, they will loosen the elasticity of your cheeks and make them bigger over time, the opposite of what you want
I'm assuming you're talking about the facial exercises; those supposedly help with strengthening the muscles in your face so that it appears more defined. The video also talks about exercising and having the right diet to have a lower body fat percentage. That's not spot reduction.
Start by chewing large morsels of food at a time while you eat. Stop using Straws for drinking fluids. Extra calories help , but don't go overboard with them.
