Just a quick note... You may notice some very jittery clips at the end of the video. I had big problems with Adobe Premiere Pro, no matter how many changes I tried, it just rendered it this way. Original clip is smooth... just for those wondering... Have a great day!
is this effect something you've experienced before with APP? was thinking to go w APP because of text editing and video auto adaptation for multiple platform posting... but haven't made the move because of the 1 year suscription commitment. (what if i change my mind? the short trial sub. isn't a comfort as i'm so new to video production/editing i don't know what i'm doing.)
For the Protake are you using the free version or subscription? Also, on my hohem M6 I’m unable to get the quick portrait mode when I turn the gimbal sideways. Am I doing something wrong or might I have a glitchy gimbal?
The shots look beautiful, however, when shooting people with dialog, it is kind of challenging do it this way. Framing, focus, brightness... and no global shutter. POV = Point Of View.

and on the remote, you can also use the bottom left to start and stop recording and the bottom righ button, double-click to recenter or cancel, and triple-click to start inception mode
Your Videos are always enjoyable and educative. However a challenge that many may be facing is how much to carry and how much is enough? I guess its easier to shoot in relatively confined spaces, all the more difficult when someone os travelling between locations and dping more vlog style videos. Any pointers and helpful ideas going ahead?

I am from India. Your videos are informative and certainly gives lot of insigt using moble phone and gimbal. Just want to ask do you have any videos specifically for mobile lens?
If you use a second cheap iPhone with Filmic Remote or another app that allows remote control and monitoring, when attached to the bottom of you tripod you don't have to look up so much and guess what you are framing. The second iPhone is connected to the main iPhone trough WIFI.
For a client shoot not just for RU-vid, you need to see what you are filming. The way you are filming you are hoping the frame will be ok, it's impossible to get an accurate preview of what you are filming.

Hi @ZdenkaDarula a quick question. Is the remote control only useful if you have the matching gymbal? I am standard on the DJI Mobile 6. Currently using my Apple Watch, but curious if the remote you are using would be better. I bought the case and freewell lens kit using the links in your description.

Protake UI looks great however the absence of vendor contacts, info, support and any documentation seems frustrating. Additionally I need the real Log profile - not the log-like insta filter

Awesome as always Zdenka! So many great tips there! Question.. have you moved from suggesting the Zhiyun Smooth 5 to the one here? I have the Zhiyn and its awesome but it seems like it doesn't stay level. Also I have the new Shiftcam Lens ultra kit ordered with a host of lenses and wonder if the Zhiyun will hold up the lens well on the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Any ideas? (you should try the Shiftcam lens if you haven't.. waiting on mine.. it was Kickstarter but the results from all reviewers has been phenominal)
Yes I will be introducing Shiftcam on the channel soon as well. I do like this gimbal a bit better. Not sure if the Shiftcam lenses are not too heavy for this though
I just looked it led up the weights on the shiftcam lenses. The wide angle is pretty heavy at a bit over 100 grams however the two anamorphic are about 35. They should work well. Looking forward to your review…. This gimbal doesn’t seem to work with filmic or other apps other than it’s own. Ideas?

Yes, ignore the jelly affect. I had a big problems with the premiere Pro. I shoot 60 so I can slow it down in the future videos if I need to use the footage.
Hi Zdenka's, warmly meant, I can't stress enough about putting Chapter markers. I am a regular subscriber who refers back to your video's for tips and learning but without theses chapter markers its painful and I find my visits becoming less frequent. Just my humble observations,. :-)

I tried a 1.55x anamorphic lens from Neewer and used black magic camera app, but i find that the footage only looks in focus on close up subjects, wide shots look very blurry, people said the same about the Neewer lens in review, but the one you used looks like it doesn't have that issue. Any insight or experience with this? Thanks!
I see at 2:14 you have it on 4k and 60fps ... when I use protake it wont let me go beyond 30fps at 4k (Iphone 14 promax) do i need to get the paid version of protake !???

I first time know this protake app has so many features for iPhone. I have it for 2 years. Even with my new Samsung s23 ultra. I do not have those 10bit options and some other features I see with your iphone.
I hear you. Unfortunately, android phones will always have limitations. The phone makers don’t give access to it hardware, so it is very difficult for developers to make the app work.

Zdenka 2 important questions 1. I see you are using ND filter on your iphone .This filter will remove well known reflections on low light footage ? Iphone is known for worst reflections 2.This gimbam vs Smooth 5/5s Which one will you choose .Matter fact we can add this long pole to record from even 2 meters Cheers👍
Thank you for your question.. the nd filter was placed on anamorphic lens so what you saw in the video is what you get. If you need to get rid of reflections use CPL filter instead. As far as gimbal goes Hohem is the most advanced right now
