@bradley hall that little bridge for normal tiger fish about 40-50 feet out large minnows and sinners on 10 ot hooks if you don’t mind missing out on smaller ones

you could try fluorocarbon leaders but i would recommend you fish for Nile perch with the bottom rod you got with the dlc till you get titanium leaders i currently don't have a nile bottom rod guide but there are a ton from other channels

@@xavierjackson3796 thanks that’s what I’ll do until I can get titanium. I did catch a few of the Goliath tiger fish while fishing for the perch without breaking my line.

At lvl 18 you unlock the Everglades farm peacock and large mouth bass using top water poppers, frogs and walkers or crankbait 3 or 6 foot #3/0 to #5/0 Once you reach lvl 22 and unlock white moose lake farm lake trout they give good xp and great money farm them by using a medium spoon #4/0 1 1/4 ounce yellow or red Good luck and tight lines

By the waterfall works best use a 11/0 offset hook a Carolina rig cut down to 7 inches and a pink ribbed shad with a 1 1/4 ounce bullet sinker

mokonzi 13' 10" L,impulsion 11000 mono .033 7oz sinker titanium leader .018 barbless hook #7/0 large minnows

you need to have your leader strength a couple pounds over your main line and check your reel make sure the max drag is a couple pounds under the line and leader strength make sure you are using titanium leaders for tigers this goes for all setups example below if you are using 79 pound line use a 81.5 pound leader and a 77 or 78 pound max drag reel than you can max drag it without worry hope this helps

Thanks mate I’ll rearrange my set up when I’m home. I was using one of congo dlc reels. Also with the 2 Rods I got with the Congo dlc can I fish on the bottom with both or is one a float rod?

@@xavierjackson3796 ty for helpin us with the solid advice, was wondering though if ur leader is the strongest part of ur rig its the last to take dmg on it though. always kept the leader a bit weaker by choice to let the fish just take the leader/bait at worst care. im catching fish fine, but do u think this is a bad habit?

Titanium leader

At least 70lbs you might be able to haul one in with 65lbs if you put a lot of line on the spool. the rods in this video were 81 lbs and these guys still put up a decent fight.

@@xavierjackson3796 yeah i winged it with my old sturgeon rods, got them in but the trophy goliath ran about 325/650ft, ended up switching back too the free spin rod from the dlc lol, whenever im a higher level ill try this spot again

I usually do fish from my boat the only reason this spot is on the ground is because you can have 4 rods on ground vs 2 on the boat

The spot will also work with boats

That net came with the Congo discovery pack or at lvl 80 you can buy it in the in game store

@@xavierjackson3796 My Congo DLC only came with a 925Lb net, had to buy one from the store. Was fed up getting fish that wouldn't go in net.

A rod with no bobber or float you just put a hook sinker and bait that sits on the bottom of the water column you can find them in the in game store under the bottom rod tab. Hold your mouse over the rods tab and it shows you all the different rod types

Yes if you get the Congo discovery pack it comes with 2 rods that can handle these fish and it comes with a boat to move around the river again it is the Congo discovery pack that comes with everything you need

@@dulic6 watch the rod strain bar on the right side of the screen it is the one with a rod inside a circle and watch how much drag your using I would recommend you watch a video on how to manage drag in the game

If you are asking why you can’t move the boat with the troll motor while fishing it is because there is a rod in the holder lift up all rods . If you are talking about putting a rod in a holder and using the main motor to move slowly you can’t do that

@@Kimi_15 you look at them and hold the left mouse button till it’s picked up reel it in and then you can use the troll motor while fishing with the WASD keys on your keyboard
