Yeah, everytime I get him down to half he 1 shots my build because I remain low level so that invaders are also low level. So I cheesed him just to realize I still can't go in to get my duelist outfit >_
@@Micolashcage1 it is easy to miss though, especially when they jam like all the bosses in that tree, the definition of how does it feel to chew five gums at its finest.
You don't have to fight godfrey? Wasn't that the point of the short cut? You can skip all of stormveil by taking the hidden path next to it? Am I missing something

Confirmed working on PS5 on patch 1.07 as of Nov. 1st 2022. Took multiple invasions as the invader would occasionally spawn at the top of the tower bridge instead of down in Leyendell proper but worked on 3rd invasion. I was doing this on a bow only run to get the black bow early and killing Albreich in Roundtable Hold with a bow is a nightmare.
It happened to me too, I waited about 10 minutes and then went to the grace and activated the finger again. ONLY the finger to call the invasor, time 30 seconds and it worked.
thank you, another tip if you got invade use the ring the call another hunter, and this is what happened to me, the invader came from the top which is not helping but the hunter came with the lift lol and it worked.
Still works feb 2024, first time invader spawned behind me, I tried to teabag the lift so he will pull it for me but we ended up fighting and him dying, next guy came up the lift but I fell off trying to run onto it 😅 it was there when I respawned
maybe you're playing offline? you need to use the furlcalling finger first, then the taunter's tongue. If you cant use either you may not be playing in Online mode
You cant pull the lever because it needs to be activated from the bottom floor. The invader will likely pull the lever to get to you if they spawn at the bottom floor
