I'm by no means an expert on this, but a few times now I have just sat in my bed and "chatted" with my guides like they're invisible friends on my bed. I tell them my problem, how I'm feeling, and then I say, "I need to think about this issue in a new way. Help me to see it from a new perspective." Then I just let it go. Within the next day or two, an idea will just pop in my mind, or a book will mention the issue, or a RU-vidr will talk about it, and suddenly I can clearly see something that I could not see before.
Marie I so appreciate you. My husband was a narcissist and I left him 2 years ago and am blessed for that, then the next year I lost my dad and dealt with a lot of stress especially being an only child. Then I moved my mom into assisted living as she has dementia and am struggling as my mom needs so much reassurance Constantly. I need to boost myself and need to stop feeling guilty. Also I grew up with narcissistic parents I love my mom but need to have a life of my own and stop worrying. Thank you 🙏 😊

Hi Marie, I have read your book and enjoyed it. I’m 55, since my husbands cancer diagnosis 3 years ago (now cancer free), I began seeing groups of moving white lights in my home (sometimes flashing too), they appear and then after many seconds they disappear. I also see different moving flashing lights outside in the air/sky every day on a sunny day (these don’t disappear, I always see them. I also see at times, geometrical coloured shapes (sometimes large) of emerald green, pink and cobalt blue and a lighter blue in my home or in the sky at times. I never know when these things will appear. What am I seeing? Loved ones? Angels? Spirits outside? Spirit guides? If so I can’t hear them and would like to. I will try doing as you say I have taken my Reiki level 1 this year to try to understand as I know everything is energy. I noticed I see colors when I place my hands on someone’s body. My eyes have been tested. I have no problem with my vision. If you do not respond I will record a question for you on your podcast /utube. Would really appreciate hearing your thoughts. I have also been on a very long healing journey and am having great success now, you are helping me heal further. Thanks
You are seeing energy! It could also be spirit guides, departed loved ones and so on. I would highly recommend you lay hands on others, like energy work. You will learn more and understand more about energy if you do. Also, when taking Reiki make sure to receive the master symbol. It is the most powerful symbol and the other symbols work best with the master symbol attunment.
I meditate since few years now. What I realised few months back is that I still can't quiet my mind properly although I practise it frequently every day... Very rarely happens that I manage focuse enough or to go into higher meditation state and just flow with it. Any advice? Since I realised I'm kinda trapped I feel more and more frustrated, where I feel like I am losing the whole point of it :(😢

Hi Marie, i have enjoyed so much your podcast interview with Alex, i have a question for you, everyday whenever i want i could ask myself a question and somehow i would receive an immediate answer of anything i want to know, but this connection i mean the intensity always make me energized and most of the time if were immersing with this question and answer i would find its hard to fall asleep at night, i would then choose to switch my attention to the answering source which i always mistaken as my own self but no longer did, i want to know why it feel so joyful, when connected to, and why it feels like i lost the sense of time, a sense of happiness and bliss also comes along when i put my awareness to "Him", so if i intensify the Q&A session, it feels like i really lost in time..
