What a fun video! Your hair is gorgeous. I could relate to a lot of what you were talking about. My hair has always been strong too...until I got into my mid 30's (I'm almost 41 now). I had done so much to it, not really considering the consequences of constant stress on it, like chemical dyes/bleaching, rough towel drying etc. When I realised it had become so much thinner and frail I had to completely switch my perspective on good hair care. I saw results within a year. What mostly saved my hair was sleeping on a silk pillow case/using a silk bonnet and starting the use of hair oils. Oh, also! If you ever consider switching to natural hair dye I can really recommend henna. Not only does it give you this intense, fiery red colour but it's also a tremendous health boost for you hair. I use it myself as well ^^
