“I’m gonna take my new be clean pruning shears, probably sterilized 2 years ago…” 😂😂 did I catch that right? Lol I’m the same way Interesting way of doing that, others would only take the top 1 segment of the pile and start over or chop at each join and put each vibe on one pole to make it bushier, interesting seeing different methods My adensonii is about 5.5 feet tall now, I really only water the poke, not the pot anymore so I don’t get rot, seems like it’s working for my other plants on poles too

Very informative detailed video! The P. Splendid leaves are absolutely stunning. As well as their ever increasing pleasing dramatic size, they seem to have a lovely sort of irridescence to the surface of them. Really enjoyable to watch your progress with these phillies! :)

This process is really fascinating! I have done it once, successfully, with an Epipremnum pinnatum albo-variegata and leaves now are humongous! Now I have two growing on moss poles and two on planks. The ones on the planks are larger than on the poles, interestingly enough. The DIY moss poles don’t work well for me, either but I still have two remaining. The rest I’ve replaced with the type you’re using. Your plants continue to amaze me! Thank you for posting!

Thanks! When you used wooden planks, didnt they rot in soil? I need to repot Monsteras and need a good, firm, stable support, I thought of getting wooden planks but I heard they rot... I have to use bamboo sticks, but they are not super stable for bigger Monsteras :(

I enjoyed your video because it's thoroughly informative. I have 2 questions for you. I've noticed mold growing in my dumb cane pot and I'm not sure what to do about it. Also, the leaves on my gardenia are turning yellow and falling off. What can I do to stop them from doing this? Any advice you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey so this is about my jade. I recently got a very old healthy jade and for a while now it hasn’t had enough light and has been dropping leaves. The bark also has split and looks like it’s peeling. I think it’s been doing that for a while but I was wondering if this is normal. It’s at least 30 years old and very large.

I’m glad to see you Jeff. I’ve missed you. I liked this video. I’ve hit my monstera on a non thiccly plastic pol that doesn’t work as well. The bottom leaves are tiny. I think I need to get a c on one thiccly poles and cut the lower half off. I do t like the pole I bought. You’ve inspired me to try to repole her.

A question Jeff, do monstera have extra floral nectaries? I find drops on the end of the leaves. I don’t see damage, just the clear liquid. What could it be?

Good morning. As always your video is so enjoyable and informative. I have so many plants in need of repotting and am going plant shopping later today, because of course I am…Heaven knows where they will all go when they come inside in the fall, but this is why we have grow lights and shelves. If I had any money left I should buy stock in Soltech and Barrina, but it has already been spent on the 🌴🌿🪴. Thank you for the advice and happy weekend.
